Our Editorial Independence Policy

We do not accept payment from manufacturers or brands in exchange for inclusion in our guides. We do not accept free products in exchange for positive reviews. We do not alter our editorial assessments based on which products generate higher affiliate commissions.
Our recommendation process is the same whether a product earns us $0.50 or $50 in commission. If the product doesn’t meet our evaluation threshold, it doesn’t appear in our recommendations — regardless of its commission rate.
The simple version: We recommend products we genuinely believe are good choices for our readers. We earn a commission when those recommendations lead to purchases. The commission is the reward for making a good recommendation — not the reason for making it.
